Two spools, one temperature decision
- Check both spools
Confirm physical fit and the heat limit of each spool.
- Use a shared cycle
Both spools share one temperature. A second spool position is not an independent zone.
- Route the outlets
Check that both filament paths feed freely without sharp bends or excessive drag.
Two spools of the same PETG formulation may share its cited 60°C cycle on paper. Pairing a spool that requires 60°C with one that requires 100°C is a different job: this 70°C dryer cannot satisfy the higher requirement.

Do not expose a spool to more heat than its maker permits. Respooling may be required for higher-temperature drying.
