Low-risk troubleshooting order
- Confirm the same file and profile printed normally before.
- Inspect nozzle condition, path friction, temperature, and retraction changes.
- Compare a small fresh-sealed sample if one is available.
- Use only the exact spool maker’s drying guidance and spool-safe temperature.
- Repeat the same test print and change only one variable.
If drying is the next appropriate test and you do not already have suitable equipment, compare options for your material. A dryer will not fix a mechanical or profile problem.
