  1. Confirm the same file and profile printed normally before.
  2. Inspect nozzle condition, path friction, temperature, and retraction changes.
  3. Compare a small fresh-sealed sample if one is available.
  4. Use only the exact spool maker’s drying guidance and spool-safe temperature.
  5. Repeat the same test print and change only one variable.
