Which filament dryer can handle ASA?

ASA does not have one universal drying cycle. Polymaker specifies 70°C for 7 hours for its current ASA. Creality's material-family guide lists 65°C for 8–12 hours in a Creality dryer and 70–80°C for 8 hours in a blast dryer. The exact spool and method decide which dryer is sufficient.

A 70°C system at a 70°C target must operate at its stated ceiling. That rating is not proof of uniform spool temperature.

Higher heat is not automatically better.

Use the exact approved setting. Excess heat can deform filament or the supplied reel, especially when the spool material is not documented.
