A high maximum is not useful if the chamber cannot vent moisture, hold the chosen setting, or run for the required time.
Confirm spool diameter, width, material, feed outlets, and whether multiple spools will actually be dried together.
A sealed storage workflow can matter more than extra temperature headroom once the exact 55°C cycle is supported.

Use one change at a time

Use storage history and repeatable symptoms such as popping, bubbles, rough extrusion, or a quality change from a previously stable profile.

Keep nozzle temperature, retraction, speed, and flow unchanged so drying is the variable under test.

Compare the same geometry and settings. Improvement supports the moisture hypothesis; no improvement means other causes remain open.
- 04Protect the dried spool.
Move it to the maker's recommended dry storage and keep the abrasive hardware requirement separate from moisture control.
